Storage, Handling, and Reconstitution

Customers are responsible for following the storage and handling information displayed on the applicable product page, packaging, or supporting documentation.

Once a product has been opened, punctured, transferred, mixed, or reconstituted, AminoHaus can no longer verify or guarantee its purity, stability, sterility, concentration, appearance, integrity, or performance. Conditions after delivery are outside AminoHaus’s custody and control.

Improperly manufactured, counterfeit, contaminated, expired, improperly transported, or otherwise unsuitable diluents may negatively affect reconstitution and research integrity.

For consistency in controlled laboratory research, AminoHaus recommends authentic, unexpired Hospira Bacteriostatic Water obtained through a reputable and authorized source where bacteriostatic water is appropriate for the applicable research protocol.

AminoHaus cannot guarantee the condition, composition, sterility, compatibility, authenticity, or performance of bacteriostatic water or any other diluent manufactured or supplied by a third party. Products reconstituted with any unverified third-party diluent may not reconstitute as expected, and AminoHaus cannot guarantee the resulting solution or research outcome.

This recommendation concerns consistency in controlled laboratory research only. It is not an instruction, endorsement, or authorization for administration to humans or animals.

Reporting a Product Concern

Customers should inspect products promptly after delivery and contact AminoHaus if there is a concern involving packaging, labeling, shipment damage, or the condition of an unopened product.

• Storage and handling details
• Information regarding any diluent used, including manufacturer, lot number, and expiration date
